  • Cold milk or buttermilk

You can use cold milk or buttermilk and apply it onto your skin. Just wet a towel or a piece of cloth and let it stay on your skin for about five minutes. After five minutes, rinse very gently so that you some of its essence is still left behind. Milk and buttermilk has lactic acid which acts as skin exfoliants – removing dead skin cells and revealing younger skin.

  • Honey, olive oil and oatmeal

Mix ¼ cup of honey, 4 tablespoons of oatmeal and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix it thoroughly and apply it onto your skin. Make sure to remove the mixture after five minutes by rinsing with warm water.

  • Shea Butter

Simply buy shea butter preferably 18 months old or less and apply it onto skin. Shea butter has been a popular skin moisturizer since ancient times. It contains Vitamin A that can help get rid of dry skin and Vitamin F (fatty acids) that promotes skin growth.

  • Olive Oil

Just apply it directly onto skin or add it to your bath and soak in it. Olive oil contains linoleic acid that traps moisture in the skin – keeping it highly hydrated.

  • Mix garlic oil and white vinegar in equal amounts. Apply the resulting mixture to the infected nail. Cover the infected area with a bandage. Doing so will help slow down fungus from spreading. If garlic oil is not available, you can crush 2 cloves of garlic and mix it with oil, allowing 24 hours before mixing it with white vinegar.

  • The simplest way to get rid of vaginal odor is to stay hydrated. Make sure that you are drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day to stay hydrated. Drinking enough water will help you flush out toxins and bacteria by regularly urinating.
  • Eating plain yogurt will also do the trick. Plain yogurt contains lactobacillus which helps bring back the normal pH levels in the vagina.
  • Adding apple cider vinegar to your daily bath can also help get rid of vaginal odor. Simply mix in 2 to 3 cups of apple cider vinegar to your bath and soak up. The acidity will help bring back the natural pH levels and restore the acidity in the vagina which primarily fights off infections.

  • Try taking in a natural antibiotic such as garlic. Garlic has antifungal properties that help ward off infection. You can add it in cooked dishes or consume whole cloves raw. Some even suggest putting garlic inside the vagina for a couple of hours.
  • Rinse off with tea tree oil. Tea tree oil has antifungal and antiseptic properties which will help get rid of the odor. Simply mix a small amount of tea tree oil with water and use it to rinse the area. You can also add tea tree oil to your bath and soak up your lower body with it for a few hours.
