In preparing to cook poultry products, make sure to wash all utensils and anything else that has come in contact with the raw poultry product. It is best to wash it with hot soapy water. Kitchen utensils like chopping boards and the knife should be cleaned thoroughly.

There are a lot of ways to banish burnout symptoms. Just be aware that your body needs time to rest and try not to worry so much.
