  • Snack on some nuts. Nuts like pistachios and walnuts along with sunflower seeds can help lower cholesterol levels.
  • Change your meat part preferences. Instead of choosing fatty meat for your steaks, stick to leaner ones. It is also a good idea to skip all the fat trimmings as they can definitely give your cholesterol levels a boost!
  • Eat more fiber. Fiber can be found in most fruits and vegetables. You can also get fiber from oatmeal and other whole grains like whole wheat and flaxseed. Fiber helps cholesterol binding thereby preventing it from making its way into the bloodstream.

Just want to write a quick update on the week 9th of my Marketing with Social Media Class with Prof. Belew.  This week Prof. Belew was debating with the students whether Blogging is the only choice to help to build up business for business owner. He pointed out 4 key elements which are  Quality, Quantity, Consistently and Longevity for doing business thru blogging

Practically speaking it is true for some small business owners which has been established their business for quite sometime. But I personally do not think that it is an effectively way for new starting business owner who want to get traffic in no time.  As I wrote an article earlier, a lot of local busines owner want to get the result immediately by using newspapers advertising, radio broadcasting and other old school methods. In my opinion,  marketing via blogging strategy is added beneficial to attracting more traffic and customers for established businesses.

Before you plan to use blogging platform to build up business and branding, you should first evaluate your business first and stick to a plan. Getting traffic to your website thru Blogging take times if you think you can wait and experiment the new technology. Remember, blogging requires the above mentioned 4 key elements in order to get success.
