Alzheimer disease

A recent research says that excess smoking causes Alzheimer. After twenty years of starting excess smoking, or at middle age the symptoms start to show up in many cases. a team of researchers named Archive of the internal medicine released this report. They claim that, excess smokers have this type of risk.

It is a kind of disease that has no cure. A common symptom is to forget most of the things in life those he or she is doing. With time the situation gets worse. They start to lose their memory fast and sometimes they forget themselves too. This disease is the most common form of dementia. It worsens as it progresses and eventually leads to death.

Symptoms:

  • They have difficulty in remembering recent events.
  • Confusion about almost everything in advanced stage.
  • A lot of  time they have trouble with language.
  • Mood swing issue.
  • These people will suffer long term memory loss.
  • Body functions  may not work properly.

To my knowledge there are about 260 millions of people who are suffering from this disease. According to survey they smoke two packs of cigarettes a day. They are in the most risky situation.

Yes, cigarettes causes cancer, heart attack, stroke, and our lungs get just rotten. We all know about these harmful effects of smoking and now, Alzheimer is added in the list. Why we are smoking? Can’t we give up smoking not for us, for good of our family, children and the persons we love most?
