How you deal with Awful Rheumatic Joint Pain Naturally

But in this article, my main focus is in rheumatism. Know more about rheumatism and how this kind of disease ruin our day? Rheumatism is a form of arthritis affecting the large joints especially in the extremities. Common symptoms of rheumatism are, joint pains, severe spasm, weakness on the extremities, in most severe cases, inability to move and walk.

I realized that there are several natural remedies for relievingjoint pains.

Water Treatment:

  • Application of hot compress on the affected joints every day or every night before you rest.
  • There is an importance in increasing the blood flow to the joints by joint fomentation. You need two bath towels, a small basin, one blanket just to cover the patient and kettle for the boiling water. This application is to relieve the pain in the joints and having a sedative effects to the joints. It will produce sweating and relaxes spasm or cramps.
  • When severe pain and swelling is present, you need to rest the extremities.

Herbal Application:

  • Application of a mango bark by boiling a small piece of bark for hot compress. This will give a soothing effect to the joints.
  • Pepper mint leaves is one of the common organic method. Boil a 4 tablespoons of dried leaves in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes. Drink one glass every 4 hours as pain reliever.
