Hemorrhoids. It’s a secret nobody would not like to share. Even for those who have been suffering the pain down there. That’s why most of us would succumb to over the counter ointments for instant pain relief. What if you have hemorrhoids?
Well, they are effective but that’s what they provide instant pain relief and unfortunately, it’s temporary. Finally, for easier and pain free episode to the bathroom, try to make your stools softer by taking psyllium seeds. These seeds increase the bulk but softens the stool. Drink more than 8 glasses a day and maintain hygiene down there to avoid infections.
