Cosmetic surgery sells like pancakes nowadays. We have heard and seen on TV the various personalities and even common people who have opted to go under the knife just to implant more youth into their skin. Or shall we say, halt the aging process, artificially.
Some would even go through great lengths of depleting their financial resources just to feel good about themselves and that is the gratification of looking like Barbie dolls without the wrinkles.
I don’t blame them. Science has a lot to offer to the people who wanted to live and feel good about themselves, with a pay of course. But if you are like me and other “naturalists” out there who would prefer natural and alternative options, read on.
Who is not familiar with face mask? There are available ready to put on cosmetically and chemically loaded cream mask in the market that you could choose from. Of course, they can have all the ill effects that you could have from the chemicals loaded in them.
The natural way? How about a homemade face mask?
It is very easy to make by yourself. You just need to mix facial quality clay, a teaspoon of oatmeal or flour, ½ tablespoon powdered milk, 2 teaspoons of honey, 1 teaspoon avocado oil and enough water to paste. Add two drops of essential oils and apply evenly on you clean face. Make sure you avoid the eyes when you apply these.
Lie with your feet slightly elevated to help in the blood circulation and cover your eyes with eye pads moistened with water. After 10 minutes, rinse with warm water and follow with cool water splash. Use the mask two to four times a month.
Sounds easy? Of course! Just follow the regimen above and you will surely see the difference.
