Whew! I’m no stranger to this one. When I had too much to drink with old time buddies, I am usually careful of not mixing my drinks because my head will explode with pain the next day.

However, in some series of occasions when I had too much to drink, a product called bifidus usually comes handy. It’s in a powder form that is mixed in a glass of water until dissolved.

That is when I can still remember giving myself a glass of such after a night of hard drinking. But I have tried it and it has surely made my day. No mix of headache, nausea, dry mouth and dizziness the next day.

One of the natural properties of this bifidus is detoxifies  acetaldehyde, which is the digestive by product of alcohol. This will dramatically reduce the ill effects of alcohol by almost a 100%.

Another technique would be to drink a cocktail of lime and sugar. It has been said that this combo helps “cut through the muck”.

The sugar will help stabilize blood sugar which is typically low after heavy drinking and the lime juice can help to refresh and activate liver.

You see, the liver is the organ that has undergone to much stress after about of alcohol intake. Upon getting up in the morning, add about two teaspoons of fresh lime juice, and a quarter teaspoon of sugar. Put them in a glass of water and stir until the sugar dissolved. Drink it slowly.

Lastly, while it’s good to have socialize drinking, be responsible and try to avoid too much of the alcohol stuff. No amount of hangover prevention can prevent the ill effects that alcohol will cause to the liver.

Here is a method that is helping moisturize your hair

Believe me, men are not only looking at women’s face, they also would want to touch their tresses. I know girls want to have gorgeous and long healthy hair no matter what the color and texture may be.

Before this happens, try to load up with moisture in your hair the natural way. If you are fond of eating moisture and protein rich fruits, try to save a little for your hair. One example would be avocado. This delicious fruit is packed with protein and moisturizers.

It can enhance the delivery of these essential nutrients to the shaft of the hair. Poor protein in hair makes it brittle and lack of moisture makes it dry. Here’s what you do, mince a small ripe avocado with a teaspoon of jojoba oil and wheat germ oil.

Massage it on your scalp with small circular motion making sure to include mid shaft up to ends to help absorb the moisture and protein. Cover with towel for 30 minutes then rinse of with an organic mild shampoo. Comb your hair gently. Repeat this procedure twice a week.

A friend also uses the power of gelatin mixed with apple cider and 2 drops of jasmine oil. Do the same procedure as with the avocado mixture above. But let it stand on your covered hair up to 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse off and comb hair gently.

For optimum moisturizing, load yourself up with lots of fluid and avoid too much sunlight. Exercise well for good circulation and as much as possible, avoid too much blow drying and perming. It could really damage your fragile hair. Try to avoid parched locks and splitting ends.

Try to rinse your month whenever possible after meal.

Do I have to reiterate the importance of avoiding sugar rich foods to prevent tooth decay? From first grade we were all educated that sugars (found in our favorite candies) will stick to our teeth, developing dental plaque, thereby causing our teeth to rot from outside to inside.

So, the simple solution is to avoid sugar rich foods.  Aside from preventing too much sugar build up in your body, causing the dreaded diabetes, you will free yourself from tooth decay. This is not for vanity sake, this might actually save your life.

From one of my readings, I have actually found out that our teeth may actually rot from inside out because of too much sugar! Interesting? Apparently, our teeth are made up of microtubules that maintain the circulation from inside the teeth.

Much like the body’s circulatory system. The tubules contain a cleansing, nourishing, watery fluid that flows from deep inside the tooth to the outside in a process similar to sweating.

If we allow too much sugar intake, our body chemistry becomes unbalanced, and the flow is reversed. Inside to outside flow becomes abnormal thus the bacteria created acids on the outside of the tooth begin to eat away at the enamel, moves the bacteria deeper into the tooth, causing large cavities. Causes pain, bad breath and infection. All because of sugar.

Unfortunately, tooth destroying ingredient can be found in sugar free soda like diet coke, called phosphoric acid. Your enamel of your teeth can be eaten away, simply just like the acid produced by decay bacteria.

Trim down on these drinks and load yourself with milk and mineral rich drinks and food. To help maintain a stronger set of teeth. I can’t offer any effective more organic way to cleanse your teeth than to rinse off.

Not all of us can brush every after eating and drinking. Who does that by the way? So, one crucial technique? If you can’t brush then simply water rinse and spit!

Warm season is coming and foot problems gross because of excessive heat and over exposure to sunlight that will cause excessive sweating. But you should also take care of your feet.

There are essential things to do in caring your feet. Your feet are an important part of your body, so as with other parts. If you are working all day in an office, your feet must be taken cared of by a foot lotion because most of the time it is close and covered for many hours.

It needs foot moisturizer and foot powder. Some feet are sweats easily or will always have excessive sweating. There are simple yet non- expensive foot powder such as, powdered starch to keep your feet dry eve when covered for a longer hours.

Always use a clean socks and shoes all the time to avoid fungus formation that can cause bad foot odor. If your shoes and socks are wet, you can change it or let  it dry before using it. Some issues of foot bad odor are when you borrow shoes from other people or you let your shoes borrowed by others, too. Also try to prevent athlete foot.

So, if they have a foot odor problem, your foot will be contaminated by the fungus, as well.
