Swollen gums or a medical term for Stomatitis which is an inflammation of the soft tissues of the mouth which includes the mucous lining, cheek area, the gums, tongue, and all area of the mouth and its linings.

What you can  treat your swollen gum with the natural remedy by using salt gargling application. Try to apply three times a day before meals. Let the salt solution roll in your throat and mouth for few seconds.  This is what I usually do whenever I have gums problem.

On the other hand, there is another organic remedy for Swollen Gums and Mouth Infection. Boil 1 cup chopped Guava leaves in 2 glasses of water for 10 minutes. Strain it and save the juice.

Use the extracted juice from the boiled leaves for gargling and use for mouth wash after meals. This will dry the mouth area and promotes fast healing of the gums and mouth.

What is the natural remedy for sunburn and prickly heat? Here are some of the useful tips.

  • Starch bath application daily for 3 – 5 days for soothing effect in your skin and relieves skin irritation.  Just prepare a basin, water, starch, bath towel, and face towel. Use a lukewarm water, melt the starch in a basin with a little amount of water then mix it into the tub with water and starch applying it to your skin using the face towel. After 20 minutes, drain the water and pat dry the starch with a dry towel. Repeat procedure at least twice a day.
  • Rain water is effective for use for shower and after bathing , just apply starch and leave it into your skin for the rest of the day.
  • Another method is an organic application of boiled guava leaves and use decoction for bath and dry it.
  • If you still feel there is itchiness on your skin, just apply a little amount of starch in the itchy part.

  • Proper hygiene is important. A daily bath with guava leaves decoction. Chop and boil 10-15 leaves  in a 2 liters of water for 15 minutes. After the boiling time, strain the leaves ad add the boiled water with water. Bathe the area where the ringworm is located with the decoction while still hot.
  • Another effective organic product is the garlic. Start peeling one clove of garlic and rub it on the affected area of ringworm until the ringworm will get red. You can apply this twice a day, in the morning and before bedtime.
  • If the affected area is the scalp or head, you can apply tobacco shampoo. Just boil 10-15 leaves of fresh  tobacco in a 2 ½ liters of water for 15 minutes. Let it cool and apply it as shampoo.
  • Sterilize your clothing to avoid contamination to the other parts of the body.

These are just some simple & economical remedy for ringworm without spending too much money.
